Please read these terms carefully before using this website, placing an order, or enquiring about creative services. By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Anna D’Assaro, a graphic designer and illustrator based in the UK. Get in touch via our Contact page.

2. What We Offer

This website offers two types of products and services:

  • Shop products — art prints and posters dispatched directly by us from the UK, or produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner.
  • Creative services — bespoke illustration, graphic design, branding, and other commission-based work agreed separately.

3. Ordering

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Payment is taken at the time of ordering via our secure payment provider. We do not store your card details. For bespoke commissions, pricing is agreed in advance and an invoice will be issued.

5. Shipping

Our art prints are printed and dispatched directly by us from the UK. We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We are currently unable to ship art prints to EU countries due to new EU product safety regulations (GPSR). If you are based in the EU or anywhere not listed, get in touch via our Contact page and we will see what we can do.

  • UK — Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2-3 business days. £4.50. Free on orders over £60.
  • USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand — Royal Mail International Tracked, estimated 6-7 business days. £15.00.

Merch and other print-on-demand products are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner and ship worldwide. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once items are with a courier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

If you order a mix of art prints and merch they may arrive in separate parcels.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order or are original artworks, we do not accept returns or offer refunds as standard. However we will always do right by you. Please get in touch via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or faulty
  • Your item is significantly different from what was described or shown
  • Your item was lost in transit and has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe

Where any of the above applies we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue where relevant. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We cannot accept responsibility for errors caused by an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout.

7. Cancellations

Because items go into production quickly we may not be able to cancel once an order is placed. Please get in touch via our Contact page as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

8. Digital Products

Where digital files or downloads are provided these are non-refundable once delivered. You may not resell or redistribute digital files without prior written permission.

9. Bespoke Commissions & Design Services

The following terms apply to all custom illustration, branding, and graphic design work:

  • Quote & agreement — all commissioned work is quoted individually. Work does not begin until the scope, timeline, and price have been agreed in writing.
  • Deposit — a deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. This is non-refundable if you cancel after work has started.
  • Revisions — the agreed number of revision rounds will be specified in your project quote. Additional revisions beyond this may be charged.
  • Ownership & usage rights — upon receipt of full payment you are granted a licence to use the final artwork for the agreed purpose. Anna D’Assaro retains the copyright to all original work and the right to display it in her portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Delivery — final files will be delivered in the agreed formats once full payment has been received.
  • Cancellations — if you cancel a commissioned project after work has begun you will be invoiced for work completed to date. The deposit is non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property & AI Training

All artwork, designs, illustrations, and written content on this website are the original work of Anna D’Assaro and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission.

Any use of content from this website including images, text, code, or visual style to train, develop, or improve generative artificial intelligence (AI) systems or tools is expressly prohibited without prior written permission. This includes but is not limited to large language models, image generation models, and style imitation tools.

11. Cookies & Privacy

We use cookies on this website. By continuing to use this site you agree to our use of cookies. Please see our Cookie Policy for full details. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anna D’Assaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products and services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order or project. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
